Yes, I’m a lover of classic rom-coms and yes, I’m most likely going to cry before the end of the movie. But… that’s not important. What’s important is how I help couples just like you take the overwhelm out of wedding planning.
When it comes to planning your wedding, you want to know you’re securing vendors who are reliable and will bring their A-game.
But, if you haven’t ever planned a wedding before, how do you go about feeling secure in the choices you’re making? I mean, weddings do look differently than when your parents said, “I Do.”
This is where the KGW Team and I have your back. We’ll take the guesswork out of the entire planning process. Together we’ll plan a wedding day that is not only well-executed, but thoughtfully planned to incorporate your style and your love story.

"KAITIE is amazing. we planned every detail for over a year and it all came together so beautifully. I would not change one thing!!"
Browsing the aisles of Hobby Lobby for things I don't really need. Coloring at the kitchen table with Lincoln. Chasing Darcy around and providing her with all the snacks. Sitting on the dock at my parents lake house. Playing a game of Spades with family. Snuggled up on the couch with Ryan, my high school sweetheart, watching some tv show he'll get bored with midway through.

hand written letters, Lincoln and Darcy's laugh, extra crispy bacon, paperback books, Christmas, otters, authentic conversations, coffee, naps, decluttering

Caroline is an alum of Arkansas State and full-time teacher. She married her husband in October of 2021 at Rusty Tractor Vineyards. It was a small world moment when she joined the KGW team because Kaitie and Caroline actually went to the same church - just in different Sunday School classes. Caroline loves the wedding industry, but what she loves even more is the title "Aunt" and spoiling her niece and nephew.
Her Superpower:
Noticing logistical problems and finding solutions before they even happen all while remaining calm to keep the bride at ease.
Can't Live Without:
Like Gammel, Caroline can't live without comfy shoes on wedding days.
Favorite Wedding Moment:
It's hard for her to choose, but the brides entrance! It's so special to be a part of such a memorable moment. All of the months of planning have finally come together! She loves watching the grooms reaction, the pride of the family, and the joy on guests faces.
Advice for Couples:
Your wedding is about you! Don't feel like you have to fit into tradition if it doesn't fit you as a couple. Do what makes you happy!
Everyone loves Wednesday! She actually joined the KGW Team after meeting Kaitie a wedding show. She's truly passionate about planning and creating unforgettable memories. When she's not at a wedding she is traveling, spending time with her husband and kiddos, reading and studying for her Business Administration, MBA.
Her Superpower:
Teamwork and stamina. She's great at networking and bringing everything together. She's also able to push through long wedding days by keeping exhaustion at bay.
Can't Live Without:
Coffee! She needs this as an extra super power - ha!
Favorite Wedding Moment:
She has so many!!! She said give her a minute to think of her absolute favorite moment.
Advice for Couples:
Start early in the planning and go from there. Be sure to continue to date each other after your nuptials to keep your marriage fresh.

Nicole or Gammel, as the KGW Team refers to her as, has truly made our team feel so complete. An epitome of a sweet-spirit, Gammel love for helping people just comes so natural. In her spare time you can find her playing golf, watching sports, or sitting outside enjoying the Arkansas weather. She loves to travel, spend time with her church family, and making memories with her family and friends.
Her Superpower:
Reaching things that Kaitie can't. (It's the truth though.) Nicole also has a keen eye and intuitiveness of noticing when something is off or missing.
Can't Live Without:
Comfortable shoes!!!
Favorite Wedding Moment:
When the bride and father do a first look and the mother is sitting back watching it all unfold! It makes her tear up every. single. time.
Advice for Couples:
PUT GOD FIRST. Never go to bed angry and know that life is always going to be crazy so make sure to alway set a time to go on dates. Make dating your spouse a priority.

Nicole joined the KGW team in September of 2020. You'll have to ask us how Kaitie and her met. It's one of those stories where it's just like - Yep, we are going to be friends for life! Since then, Nicole has become a integral part of KGW. Her big dream is to one day build her own wedding venue.
Her Superpower:
Nicole's superpower on wedding days is truly making every single person feel special. From the wedding party, to guests, to family - Nicole has a one of those personalities that just meshes well with everyone.
Can't Live Without:
Nicole cannot live without her KGW Wedding Emergency Kit. You wouldn't believe the things you're going to find in our emergency kits from things we've added over the years of experience.
Favorite Wedding Moment:
Her absolute favorite moment is when the couples sees one another for the first time. In that moment, you can just see the love and join in each of their eyes and it makes you remember what the day is all about.
Advice for Couples:
Make sure to always communicate openly even when it feels uncomfortable. And, always make time for one another even when life seems to be overly busy.
Jessica thrives in the details of wedding days. Planning events is one of her love languages and making sure couples (& their families) don't have to worry with the logistics on wedding day is something she is passionate about.
Outside of weddings, she is a proud dog mom and boutique owner (DS Capsule) with an eye for minimalist design.
Carley recently graduated from UCA with her degree in nursing and is a full-time labor and delivery nurse. To say she's great with helping in emotional circumstances, is an understatement.
She loves to travel and also LOVES dogs and has two of her own, Asher and Willie.
Lynley helps Kaitie's brain stay sane which is no easy feat. As KGW's executive administrator, she literally helps with a little bit of everything.
She is passionate about dance and her sorority, Delta Gamma. She currently attends UofA working on her degree in Public Health and is a pre-physician assistant. She's a go-getter, if you can't tell.
Taylor is a full-time daycare director and it's actually how Kaitie and her met!
She is married and has two kiddos and the most precious fur baby named Jackson.
Taylor has dreams to open up her very own wedding venue one day and truly enjoys getting to see all the behind-the-scenes on wedding days.
Kaitie originally named her wedding planning company Sailboat Weddings after her grandpa who passed away in September of 2009. He had an entrepreneurial spirit as well.
There are three things you should know about her Papa:
01. He never ever met a stranger.
02. His goal was to always make things easier for his family.
03. He loved Jesus, his family, and - you guessed it - sailboats.
Even though her company has had a name change, the daily reminder that she can make the world a better place one day at time by loving people like Christ, just like her Papa did, lives on. He left a legacy and it inspires her on a daily basis.
01. GOD IS GOOD ALL THE TIME AND ALL THE TIME GOD IS GOOD.
02. YOU CAN NEVER, EVER HAVE TOO MANY PICTURE FRAMES.
03. A GOOD CRY IN YOUR CAR IS GOOD FOR THE SOUL.
04. DATE NIGHTS WITH NO WEDDING TALK ARE IMPORTANT.
05. IT'S OKAY TO EAT CAKE FOR BREAKFAST EVERY NOW AND THEN.
06. KINDNESS AND COMPASSION GO A LONG, LONG WAY.
