Angel & Matt | June Wedding in Hot Springs

Would you believe me if I told you we planned Angel and Matt’s June wedding in Hot Springs in just 4 short months? Yep, we did and it turned out wonderfully!

Even despite the rain, the day could not have gone any better. Luckily the rain did want to give us a break during Angel and Matt’s first look and ceremony.

When Angel called me wondering if she would be able to plan her destination wedding in Hot Springs in four months, she asked me if I thought she was crazy. I told her I didn’t think she was crazy at all. BUT I did tell her that the planning process would be super fast-paced!

And, that it was – fast-paced, but oh so fun! From tastings, venue walkthroughs and floral design, we planned together while she was in another state and I in Arkansas.

One thing we were worried about was shipping of signage and custom favors. Since shipping was still out of whack in June (and still is as I type this!) we decided to have Angel mail items to me. This way we knew custom decor items would arrive in Arkansas in time.

When Angel and Matt’s wedding day finally arrived, it was like a breath of fresh air getting to see all the work that was put into planning come together.

Their wedding vendor team worked so quickly to make their day magical and it was an honor to get to play a role in their wedding day.
